A note from the chairman
The planning and organising of the 15th Fips Mouch Fly Fishing Championship on Lough Lein, Lough Caragh and River Blackwater is well underway. Although a great challenge, for the organising committee, we look forward to welcoming you to this event. We know you will enjoy the variety of fishing venues but we hope you will also enjoy this world famous location.
The friendship and camaraderie existing between Fly Fisherman is well recognised and it is our hope that the excitement for the competition, the relaxed atmosphere of the surroundings and the beauty of the countryside will make the week memorable for all the participants.
Our sincere thanks to FIPS Mouche Fly Fishing Federation for giving Ireland the Honour of Hosting this event, for all the nations who will attend and to all of the various organisations, volunteers and other bodies and persons who are assisting in ensuring that we meet with the highest standards as required by this event.
